The laws MaisonCherrie follows, the rights you have as a customer, and where each topic is explained in full.

1. Applicable law

MaisonCherrie is operated by individual entrepreneur Mariam Badzagua, registered in Georgia. Sales on this website are governed by the laws of Georgia, including the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights and the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection. If you live in another country, you also keep any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.

2. Your consumer rights

Clear information before you buy — who we are, what the product is, the total price including delivery, payment methods, delivery restrictions, and your withdrawal and complaint rights. All of this is on the product pages, at checkout and in our policies.
14-day right of withdrawal for standard (non-personalized) products, counted from the day you receive them.
Statutory exception for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Goods that match the order — if an item is damaged, defective or not as described, you are entitled to a free replacement or repair, a price reduction, or a refund. This applies to every product, including personalized ones.

3. Fair advertising

We only advertise discounts and promotions that are actually available, with their conditions.
We do not use fake countdowns, fake scarcity or "only today" messages that are not true.
Reviews are shown as published by real customers on our Etsy shop. Creator content that features gifted products is labelled as such.
We do not claim our cases make a phone unbreakable or protect against every drop.

4. Original designs & intellectual property

MaisonCherrie sells its own designs. We do not sell counterfeit, replica or unlicensed branded goods, and we do not knowingly use other people's trademarks, characters or artwork. If you believe a product infringes your rights, email maisoncherriecase@gmail.com with details and we will review it promptly and remove the listing where appropriate.

5. Confidentiality & personal data

We collect and use personal data only to take and deliver orders, provide customer support, meet legal obligations and — only if you agree — send marketing emails. We share it only with the service providers needed for this (our store platform, payment providers at checkout, and the service providers needed for production, fulfillment and delivery). You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe at any time, by emailing maisoncherriecase@gmail.com.

6. Payment & transaction security

Payments are processed by approved third-party payment providers through our secure checkout; MaisonCherrie does not store full card details. See Payment & security.

7. Trade restrictions

We follow applicable sanctions and carrier restrictions and do not deliver to restricted destinations: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine (including the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions), Palestine (including the Gaza Strip), Ecuador and Syria. We sell ordinary consumer phone accessories only — no age-restricted, hazardous or regulated products.

8. Tax & registration

MaisonCherrie is registered in Georgia as an Individual Entrepreneur (identification code 62602016018) and meets its tax obligations under Georgian law. Import taxes or duties in your country, if any, are explained at checkout and in our shipping policy.

9. If something isn't right

Just email us at maisoncherriecase@gmail.com with your order number. We read every message and will do our best to make it right. This doesn't affect your statutory consumer rights.
